END OF ACADEMIC YEAR 2016

Dear parents, guardians and well - wishers

It’s a great pleasure, joy and excitement to tell you that the third and last term of this academic year ended on Friday 18th November 2016, when S.6 MCB did the Biology practical exam which happened to be their final paper in this year’s national examinations.

It should however be noted that the non candidate classes of S.1, S.2, S.4 &S.5 had their holidays on Wednesday 2nd November 2016, leaving behind S.3 & S.6 who were to start their National Examinations on Wednesday 9th November 2016.

It has been a relatively long period of time, from early February when we started this academic year up to Friday 18th November when the last group of students (S.6MCB) left for their holidays.

A lot has been achieved during this academic year in both academic and non academic but equally important areas. There could have been some challenges but with God’s providence, we have been able to rise above them.

The student discipline and participation in school activities have been good. Their general academic performance is a testimony to this effect. We pledge to keep up the good work as usual in our quest to realize excellent results.

The students have been urged to maintain the good discipline during the holidays which they promised to fulfill. They have promised to use this long holiday period constructively by reading their books and helping the people at home with home activities.

Dear parents and guardians, we appeal to you to be close to these students and give them the necessary advice and directions during these long holidays.

We thank you for the continued shared responsibility we have always had together in bringing up and nurturing these sons and daughters of the nation.

The Sainte Bernadette community wishes you the best during these holidays.
May God bless you.
