TERM ONE, ACADEMIC YEAR 2015.
Our dear parents, readers and esteemed well-wishers:
GS.St.Bernadette greets you in the name of Our Lord. We are grateful that you took good care of our children during the holidays, and your support is pushing us ahead.
Here are some highlights of the term.
All teachers reported and strategies are in place to make this year a successful one. We have no staffing issues and the morale is very high.
The students reported timely, and their discipline is good. Serious academic work is going on at the moment and syllabus coverage is good.
On Monday the 26th January 2015,I addressed the student community and reminded them to abide by the school regulations and maintain good discipline throughout the year. They have to start sowing seeds which will be reaped in their lifetime.
No loitering, dodging of classes or any other form of indiscipline will be tolerated.
I also made sure that copies of The Ten Commandments are printed and pinned in every class room. This is the yard stick we will aspire to follow: ‘kubaha Uhoraho niyo ntangiriro y’ubuhanga.’
