BEGINNING OF THIRD TERM 2014

THE HEADTEACHER ADRESSING THE STUDENTS FROM HOLIDAYS ON ASSEMBLY

Our esteemed readers and followers, we greet you in the Mighty Name of Our Lord, thanking you for the hard work you did for and with our students during the holidays. Here at Saint Bernadette, third term is on with the following high lights;

It was on Sunday 10th August 2014 when the students reported to school in preparation for their new term studies. The following Monday morning students woke up to general cleaning before going for Assembly where they were addressed by the School Administrators and welcomed back from the holidays.

The Headmistress advised the students on GOOD BEHAVIOURS this term so as to reach the YEARLY SUCCESS desired. She reminded them saying that this is the final term to reap what everyone sowed during the course of the year.

She also emphasized unity in each and everything they do especially in their studies. She told the students to WORKHARD and to avoid loitering in the school compound. Some students were invited to share their views and the Head boy of the school emphasized punctuality as the main point to help them in whatever they are doing so as to meet the set objectives mainly to excel in their studies.

Finally the Head teacher concluded by wishing ALL the students an awesome final term where by students promised her to put in practice what they were advised on.
From the deputy’s office, the teaching staff confirmed in their opening meeting that they were INDEED ready for the final term activities, with the holders of CANDIDATE CLASSES promising to leave no stone unturned.

From the sports department, Mr. Habimana Innocent the school sports teacher revealed his Term Sports Activity Programme majorly centered on INTER-CLASS ALL GAMES COMPETITIONS. As we talk now, the competitions commenced with SENIOR THREES winning SENIOR FOURS in BASKETBALL while SENIOR SIXES confirmed their superiority by winning their first FOOTBALL game against the SENIOR FIVES. We shall keep you updated on the action on ALL pitches.
